Our Plates
All of our compound collections are provided at a 10mM concentration in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution at a concentration of 10 millimolar. These solutions are in Matrix ScreenMates 96 well plates with 1.4ml tubes [cat# 4247] at a density of 80 compounds per plate [rows 1 and 12 vacant]. ScreenMates cap strips [cat# 4415] are used to seal the tubes.
Our Compounds
Our US and International drug collections are selected on the basis of diversity in structure and biological activity. These are combined in Pharmakon-1760. Other collections include 800 natural products, 560 bioactive substances and our flagship product, Spectrum, which includes all compounds from the above collections.
Our History
MDSI began in 1993 and were the first to take the 'buy a compound" approach to screening ito the microplate world. Our first offerings were met with enthusiasm with many customers coming on board and also many competitors. Nevertheless, we have maintained our high quality of standards and customer support.-
